Applesauce Muffins RecipeBy Sarah Pachev
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 cup light tasting olive oil
- 1/2 cup honey or other sweetner of your choice
- 4 cups applesauce (I cut up my apples,leave the peels on just take
- out the core and cut it up, blend it up in the blender adding about
- 1-2 cups water and call it applesauce...works for me)
Sift dry things together. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones.
Stir until moist. Bake in muffin tins at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Serve with Sarah's Soy Orange Julius.
For blueberry muffins omit applesauce and add 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries and 1-2 cups water)
