Crockpot BBQ Chicken Recipe

I adapted this recipe for my family from a recipe our friends Bill and Jill Rudy made for us after the birth of our second child. We loved it so much we make it all the time.

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t dry yellow mustard
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 2 t celery seed
  • 1 1/2 t chili powder
  • 1 cup ketchup (we use fruit sweetened)
  • 1 t paprika
  • 3 T fructose
