Carob Chip Cookies RecipeBy Sarah Pachev
Cream together:
- 1 cup light tasting olive oil
- 1 cup honey or your favorite sweetner
- 2 tsp vanilla
Add:
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 oz carob chips or about 1 cup
(I'm cheap so I use less though and they turn out wonderful with only 1/2 cup if and maybe some walnuts to beef up the cookies)
Bake at 375 for 7-9 minutes
