Carob Chip Cookies Recipe

Cream together:

  • 1 cup light tasting olive oil
  • 1 cup honey or your favorite sweetner
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Add:

  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 12 oz carob chips or about 1 cup (I'm cheap so I use less though and they turn out wonderful with only 1/2 cup if and maybe some walnuts to beef up the cookies)

Bake at 375 for 7-9 minutes
